Booking and refund policies:
The data we need to confirm your booking are full name, contact details, credit card number , expiration date and CVV (code of 3 digits on the back side). Nothing will be charged on your credit card, is just a way to guaranty your booking. The total payment for the accommodation will be made on arrival to El Clandestino. You can confirm your booking, as well, by depositing the amount that corresponds to your first night booking in a bank account, to do so you can contact us and we will facilitate you our bank details. If you cancel in less than 48 hours before arrival you will be charged with the amount that corresponds to your first night booking if you have confirmed your booking via credit card, or, you will lose the right to get back your first night booking amount if you have confirmed via bank transfer.
Booking and refund policies for groups:
For groups we ask for the prior deposit, via bank transfer of 100% of the booking amount. If there is a total cancellation 7 days or more before arrival you will lose 50% of the group booking, that means that only 50% of the total booking charge will be refund. If the cancellation occurs with less than 7 days before arrival date the total booking amount will be lost, not refundable. For partial cancellations, this means, you book for a certain amount of people and then a lower number of persons come the refund policy will be applied on the same way but only in relation to the number of people that cancels from that group.
